Thomas H. Eaves, ASLA
Registered Landscape Architect MS: 036 CLARB: 339

Tom has over 30 years of professional experience. He has worked in some non-typical fields to broaden his experience base. This diversity of experience in practical matters, such as business and sales, allows him to see all projects in a unique way....the realistic way...a critical eye for the betterment of any project. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture Tom has led his profession in Mississippi by designing beautiful and inspiring landscapes for decades. He has given back to his profession by volunteering with all aspects of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He has served in all offices of the MS Chapter and works with his community through The Area Development Partnership and primarily through the Historic Hattiesburg Downtown Association where he has been President and held many board of directors positions. His love of his profession is all secondary to his faith and family. He and his wife of 42 years Diane have two children and six granddaughters. They attend Bay Street Presbyterian Church where Tom serves as a deacon.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. - Mark Twain

Jessica joined our team the summer of 2006 and gained some experience before taking off to have two precious little girls.  She is back now to gain more experience in the field that she loves.  The love of art and nature brought her to Mississippi State University where she received a degree in Landscape Architecture and studied Landscape Contracting.  She has worked in landscape design, landscape construction, landscape maintenance, and for a wholesale plant nursery in Mississippi and North Carolina.  She has also worked on several jobs with her husband as a design / build team.  She enjoys working with clients to create unique, personal spaces that are functional and desirable to users.  She feels blessed to be able to work with God’s creation to enhance our surroundings and bring glory to Him.

Mike Marler
Registered Landscape Architect: Consultant
Mike joined our team as a consultant in 2009. He graduated in 1992 from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. He acquired his Landscape Architects license in 1998. Mike has 15 years of experience on projects ranging from residential design/build to large scale land planning. From 1999 to 2006, along with owning and operating a design/build business,  Mike was part of the adjunct faculty at Hinds Community college where he taught landscape construction and landscape estimating.
Working closely with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors has given him the knowledge and skills necessary to take a project from the initial design concept  to final completion.  A complete understanding of how all the different elements of a project are to come together to create a completed job is critical. Helping clients realize their dreams, through the process of design and then construction is where Mike excels. Mike lives on the MS Gulf Coast with his wife, Suzanne, and their three children.
